E2E Feature Flow (CrewAI)

Scenario

Implement the same secure endpoint change with CrewAI.

Flow

1. Define AEEF-aligned agents (product, architect, developer, qa, security, platform).
2. Define tasks with validation callbacks per stage.
3. Bind each task to required gate IDs.
4. Record each task execution as run-ledger entry.

Gate behavior

• Missing evidence in task output marks gate as conditional.
• Critical security finding marks gate as fail and halts promotion.
