Production users often look for orchestration under /production/. This page is a shortcut so the canonical model remains easy to find without duplicating content and creating drift.
Implementation Paths
- Small-team CLI baseline (minimum agents): Use the AEEF CLI 4-role baseline (
product,architect,developer,qc) and grow gradually. - Transformation path: Use Tier 2: Transformation Apply Path to apply the canonical model in phased rollout (typically 3-5 agents first).
- Production / enterprise path (full 11 agents): Use Tier 3: Production Apply Path to apply the same model with monitoring, overlays, and full 11-agent controls.
